These terms apply to your use of quiltstart.com and the QuiltStart web app ("QuiltStart", "we", "us"). QuiltStart is run by an independent sole trader based in Brazil. You can contact us at hello@quiltstart.com.

What QuiltStart is

QuiltStart is a web app that guides beginners through simple quilting projects with shopping lists, cutting plans and daily steps. It runs in your web browser.

Early access and reservations

QuiltStart launches in November 2026. Before launch you can reserve a founding member price by leaving your email address. Reserving is free, no payment is taken, and you are under no obligation to buy.

Purchases

When purchases open, orders will be processed by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown before you pay and include any applicable taxes.

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use QuiltStart for as long as the service is offered. You may not resell, share your account, or copy the app's content for commercial use.

Your use of QuiltStart

Quilting uses sharp tools such as rotary cutters, needles and irons. Follow the manufacturer's safety instructions for your tools. Fabric amounts and sizes in QuiltStart are guides; check them against your own materials before cutting.

Refunds

See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Availability and changes

We work to keep QuiltStart available and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for QuiltStart. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
