We want QuiltStart to help you finish your first quilt. If it doesn't work for you, you can have your money back.

30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason, with no questions asked. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

How to ask for a refund

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, reply to your purchase receipt email from Paddle, visit paddle.net, or email us at hello@quiltstart.com and we'll arrange it.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

Reservations

Reserving a founding member place is free, so there is nothing to refund. You can cancel your reservation at any time by emailing us.
